Markus Etter to become new CEO of Schneider Group

There has been a generation change at the head of the Schneider Group management:

the proprietor and, until now, CEO of Schneider Group, Jörg Gerster, has handed over the reins to Markus Etter.  As new CEO, Markus Etter will be assuming responsibility for the operational management and development of the company.

Jörg Gerster will be stepping down after more than forty years of commitment to Schneider, twenty of them as owner of the company. In his capacity as chairman of the board of directors and proprietor of the Schneider Group, he will nonetheless remain closely involved.
